 Scho-Wright Ambulance

Scho-Wright Ambulance Service is an all-volunteer ambulance service serving the residents of the towns of Schoharie and Wright. Scho-Wright provides emergency medical and advanced life support care to those in need on a 24 hour/seven day a week volunteer basis. Patients are transported to the nearest facility (BHSC in Cobleskill) unless the immediate needs of the patient demand a trauma center such as Albany Medical Center.
Our services involve emergency calls of all types: general illness, cardiac/stroke, etc. motor vehicle/ farm/ home accidents; pregnancy/childbirth, as well as stand-by at the Schoharie and Gallupville Fire Departments. We also respond as a mutual aide or secondary ambulance need by our neighboring squads: MEVAC  (Middleburgh), and CBRS (Central Bridge).
