Wright Friendly Seniors: The Wright Friendly Seniors meet at noon on the second Thursday of the month in the Town Municipal Building on School Street in Gallupville, NY The Club is open to residents of the Town of Wright, 50 years or older, who enjoy good food and the fellowship of other seniors. Each month, if we don't go out to eat, we all bring a dish to share and our own table setting. Coffee is available and our meeting is held after dinner.
On special occasions, (ex. holidays like Thanksgiving), we enjoy going out to eat at various places for a change of pace. During the winter some of us like to go to the Summit Conservation Club on Saturday afternoons for their special "stuffed pizza" which we eat while sitting by the open fire in their fireplace.
Those of us who like to travel sometimes join the Hilltown Seniors on their trips. Last fall we traveled to Pomona, NY for the Oktoberfest which included a show and great German food!
Our club is looking forward to welcoming new members from the Town of Wright. Just contact any one of the members below for more information.
